How to enable scripting in your browser
To allow all Web sites in the Internet zone to run scripts, use the steps that apply to your browser:

- Windows Internet Explorer

  1. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options, and then click the Security tab.
  2. Click the Internet zone.
  3. If you do not have to customize your Internet security settings, click Default Level. Then do step 4 If you have to customize your Internet security settings, follow these steps:
    • a. Click Custom Level.
    • b. In the Security Settings – Internet Zone dialog box, click Enable for Active Scripting in the Scripting section.
  4. Click the Back button to return to the previous page, and then click the Refresh button.

- Firefox version 2 or higher

  1. On the Tools menu, click Options.
  2. On the Content tab, click to select Enable JavaScript check box.
  3. Click the Go back one page button to return to the previous page, and then click the Reload current page button.
  How to enable cookies in your browser

- Windows Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher

  1. Go to the Tools menu.
  2. Select Internet Options.
  3. Click the Privacy tab.
  4. Under Settings click the Default button (or manually slide the bar down to Medium).
  5. Click OK.

- Firefox version 1.0 or higher

  1. Go to the Tools menu.
  2. Select Options
  3. Select the Privacy icon in the panel.
  4. Check the box corresponding to Allow sites to set cookies.
  5. Click OK.
  How to install Sivlerlight on your browser

Please use Internet Explorer to install Silverlight
This silverlight installation can work for both Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox.

- Windows Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher or Mozilla Firefox 2.0 or higher

  1. Open http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=149156
  2. Your browser will prompt you to Run or Save a file, click on 'Run' button.
  3. Downloading the Silverlight Plug-in will start.
  4. When download gets completed Install Silverlight By clicking on 'Run' button again.
  5. While Installing Silverlight you can see the progress screen.
  6. Restart all of your browsers.
